My unique gift is my tenacity. I do not have to invest in it in just one area of my life, it is applicable in all stages. I want to be a human rights attorney, I have been passionate about this for many years and will continue to dedicate my time and effort to it after graduating college. I would define success as making a change in the world for the better, my biggest obstacle to this is my own self doubt. I have a realistic and achievable five year plan that both excites and scares me enough to keep me focused. My next step will be going to grad school to keep me moving in the direction i want to move in life. My priorities are my own mental health and meeting the goals i set for myself. I am working full time in Atlanta over the summer to allow myself the opportunity to volunteer my time and make networking connection among non-profit organizations. I am not super comfortable with uncertainty but it is a challenge i overcome every day. I like to face challenges head on. I hope to be continuously growing. I enjoy reading and expanding my knowledge base on a large variety of topics. I often hesitate to come to others for help, even if it’s something i really need, but i’m working to change that. I hope to inspire others with my convictions and my passion to help others.
